FIRST DEGREE REIKI CLASS

Upon completion of this class, you will be able to provide Reiki to yourself and others!
You will receive your First Degree Reiki Attunements, which will allow the Reiki energy to flow through you. This ability lasts throughout your lifetime! You will learn the history of Reiki and the Reiki precepts, how to ground, center, protect, as well as an introduction to the chakras, and protocols and hand positions for providing Reiki to yourself and others. There will be plenty of time for hands-on practice.
You will also learn about highly sensitive people, empaths, and how to protect your energy.
A comprehensive study manual and refreshments will be provided.
You will be awarded a certificate of completion.
