Crystal has been a licensed massage therapist since 2011 and is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher and Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner. Crystal's mission is to create a client centered session that meets the ever changing needs related to your body, mind, and spirit. After listening to your short and/or long term goals for each session, she selects appropriate treatment in promoting health, happiness and well being so that these goals are closer to being met.

Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal,
Myofascial, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, cupping
MLD is a safe, effective technique that utilizes slow, rhythmic strokes to increase lymphatic flow. The gentle movements stimulate the lymph vessels, which allows more waste products, proteins, and excess fluid to be removed from the body's tissues and into the lymphatic system.
Reiki is for you, if you are seeking:
Inner peace, physical healing, better sleep, freedom from pain, mental clarity, and/or a way to connect with universal energy.
All or one modality can be combined for your session.
